Prior to her independent business, she spent many years in various management roles for new home developers and has participated in thousands of pre-construction transactions. This experience further solidified her understanding of all aspects of the new construction process and real estate markets. It allowed her to leverage her talents to plan, organize and lead by example, inspiring her team in the process.

Now she has her own little team at home to inspire, a mother to two boys, John and Jordan. Diana always puts her heart into what she does and it shows.
